The SMB 1.x MiniRedirector service is a file system driver. If SMB 1.x MiniRedirector fails to start, the error is recorded into the Event Log. Windows Vista startup proceeds, but a message box is displayed informing you that the mrxsmb10 service has failed to start. At least one service depends on SMB 1.x MiniRedirector. Therefore I do not recommend you to disable it.
SMB 1.x MiniRedirector will not start, if the SMB MiniRedirector Wrapper and Engine service is stopped or disabled.
If SMB 1.x MiniRedirector is stopped, the Workstation fails to start and initialize.

Note. Make sure that the mrxsmb10.sys
