Default Behavior

The Volumetric Audio Compositor Service is running as NT AUTHORITY\LocalService in its own process of svchost.exe. No other services run in the same process. If Volumetric Audio Compositor Service fails to start, the error is logged. Windows 11 startup proceeds, but a message box is displayed informing you that the VacSvc service has failed to start.

Dependencies

Volumetric Audio Compositor Service is unable to start, if the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is stopped or disabled.
