Default Behavior
The Chipidea USB Role-Switch Driver service is a kernel mode driver. If Chipidea USB Role-Switch Driver fails to start, the error is logged. Windows 10 startup proceeds, but a message box is displayed informing you that the UrsChipidea service has failed to start.
Dependencies
Chipidea USB Role-Switch Driver is unable to start, if the USB Role-Switch Support Library service is stopped or disabled.

Note. Make sure that the urschipidea.sys file exists in the %WinDir%\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\urschipidea.inf_x86_24348031b07d554c folder. If this file is missing you can try to restore it from your Windows 10 installation media.
