Default Behavior
The Microsoft AGPv3.5 Filter service is a kernel mode driver. If Microsoft AGPv3.5 Filter fails to start, the error is logged. Windows 10 startup proceeds, but a message box is displayed informing you that the uagp35 service has failed to start.
