Default Behavior
The Network Adapter Wdf Class Extension Library service is a kernel mode driver. If Network Adapter Wdf Class Extension Library fails to start, the error is logged. Windows 10 startup proceeds, but a message box is displayed informing you that the NetAdapterCx service has failed to start.
Dependencies
Network Adapter Wdf Class Extension Library is unable to start, if the NDIS System Driver service is stopped or disabled.
If Network Adapter Wdf Class Extension Library is stopped, the MBB Network Adapter Class Extension service fails to start and initialize.

Note. Make sure that the NetAdapterCx.sys file exists in the %WinDir%\system32\drivers folder. If this file is missing you can try to restore it from your Windows 10 installation media.
