The Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 184.108.40.206 service runs as NT Authority\LocalService in its own process. It does not share an executable file with other services. If the Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache 220.127.116.11 fails to load or initialize, the error is recorded into the Event Log. Windows 7 startup should proceed, but a message box is displayed informing you that the FontCache18.104.22.168 service has failed to start.
