Example of Use

Let's imagine, that we don't use Action Center and Biometric Devices, and therefore we decided to hide their Control Panel shortcuts.

1. Launch CPL Commander. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

2. Find the desired items in CPL Commander and clear their checkboxes.

3. Click on Apply.

4. Confirm the explorer.exe restart if you are prompted for doing that.

5. If everything goes right, then after restarting Windows Explorer you'll see the following changes:

6. Close CPL Commander.
